first client and Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation Policy: We adhere to a 48-hour cancellation policy to optimize both client and stylist efficiency. Cancellations made after this timeframe will incur a 50% charge of your scheduled service, which must be settled before rescheduling. Failure to show up will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service, also to be paid before scheduling again. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are open to working with you under specific conditions. However, our commitment to delivering top-tier services efficiently necessitates the enforcement of these policies, ensuring an opulent stylist-to-client experience.

*New Client Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, all first-time clients are requested to make a $50 deposit, which will be applied towards your scheduled service. Subsequent to your initial appointment, deposit payment is no longer mandatory.
